is the procedure for getting a copy a marriage certificate?
Requesting
a copy of a marriage certificate may be done in person or by mail.
The year of
marriage is necessary for finding the certificate.
If the request is done by mail, a brief written request is required
with the date of marriage, the names of the individuals and a fee.

The
fee is $2.00 for each certification.

Each microfiche copy is $1.00 and each Xerox copy is $0.50.

Regardless of the document the fee is $9.00 for the first page and $2.00
each additional page.

Yes,
we supply all stationary forms for almost every document filed in our
office.

Financing statements with a debtor and creditor are $11.50.
Financing
statements with
debtor, creditor and assignee are $12.50.
Any attached exhibits are $15.00 and terminations are $11.50.
All Uniform Commercial Code recording are done at the Secretary of
States Office.

What
is the procedure and the fee for getting a marriage license?
Both
parties must come into our office together with identification to verify
legal age of 18 and $25.00 fee.

is the procedure and the fee for getting and occupational license?
An occupation
license is $36.00 ($35.00 occupational license and $1.00 clerk fee) and
you present the Clerk with a NM Tax ID Number in order to apply for
the occupation license. An occupational license is good for one
year from the date of issue.
